If you receive the error "[USER_NOT_ACADEMIC] User account type is not academic", you are currently registered as a Commercial User.
To update your account, please update your account information in the User Portal.
- Navigate to the Gurobi User Portal.
- Select Review you profile information.
- Click on the big red EDIT button on the top right.
- Update your account type to "Academic" at the question "Are you an Academic or Commercial user? "
Once your account is updated, you may need to clear your browser cache for the change to propagate to your browser.
