No, only MongoDB (versions 4.0 and later) and DocumentDB 4.0 are supported. (Refer to the section Quick Cluster Manager Installation of our Reference Manual for Gurobi Remote Services for more information). Gurobi decided not to support Azure Cosmos DB as this solution lacks many features.
If you wish to include a DataBase as a Service (DBaaS) in your tech stack, we recommend MongoDB Atlas, as it can be deployed not only on MS Azure but also on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
