While requesting a WLS Academic license via the User Portal, you may receive an error similar to:
[LICENSES_ACADEMIC_EXISTS] Cannot create academic license as other academic licenses already exists.
Generally, this error will occur if you already have a WLS Academic license and are requesting a second WLS license. Instead of requesting an additional license, you should extend the WLS Academic license by yourself through your account in the portal.
Please note that the default settings in the license list in the User Portal only display unexpired licenses. If you change the filter to "all," you should be able to locate the expired WLS license in order to extend it.
