Welcome to the Gurobi support site, powered by Zendesk! This system brings together support tickets, a knowledge base and a community discussion forum.
To create a new ticket, click the link marked "Submit a request" near the top right corner. You can attach log files and screen shots, if needed. If you click on your profile in the top right corner, you can see all your previous requests, including cases from our old system (coming soon!).
To join the community, click the "Community" link at the top of any page. You can create a new post by clicking the button marked "New post". When you create a new post, you can use MathJax to embed math notation using LaTex. You cannot attach a file to a community post; if you need to share a file, try a service like Filemail, Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.
