GURO_PAR_NOLOCALDISK is a hidden parameter that contains information about whether you have permission to write to the local disk.
You have most likely encountered this in the tuner output with a compute server or distributed tuning.
GURO_PAR_NOLOCALDISK=1 in the output means that you cannot write data to the node disk. So any parameters that would do this (such as ResultFile, NodeFileStart, ...) are reset to their default values. It is not relevant for solving the model; it is just a restriction enforced by the compute server configuration and it is shown in the tuner output to make you aware of this restriction (which in most cases may not matter to you).
The compute server admin controls this setting via the configuration property
NO_LOCAL_DISK in the configuration file. This is used to make sure the admin is in control of disk usage. Contact your admin if you need other permissions.
