We do not renew expired free Online Course or free "self-serve" Individual Named-User Academic licenses.
However, you can simply request and set up a new license to continue to use Gurobi:
Note: If you are unsure of what type of license you have, please refer to the Licenses view of your User Portal. An Online Course license is listed as TYPE="Free Trial". A "self-serve" Individual Named-User Academic is listed as TYPE="Free Academic". A "self-serve" Academic WLS license is listed as TYPE="WLS Compute Server".

For other academic license types, please submit a Support Request in the Gurobi Help Center and include your license ID.
