You can send optimization jobs to a Compute Server using different priorities to control the queueing process. If your Compute Server cluster is organized into multiple groups, you can assign each group a different priority. This way your jobs get assigned the priority that is defined for the group the job is running on.
Group priorities cannot control which group your process is assigned to! This can be done e.g. by specifying only one group in the license file.

The job will then run on any machine in the Compute Server cluster that belongs to one of the groups GRP1 or GRP2.
