Academic License Issue

Hello, I am a researcher from a university in China. I need to use the academic license, but when I requested the license, the system prompted "Academic Domain Error (IP not recognized as belonging to an academic domain)", even though I am using my school's network. I am looking forward to using your software and to your reply. Thank you very much.
