Issue with Scaling the model

What could be the issue and how can I solve it, when I am having successful matches (solutions) for a small number of input dataset, however when I input a larger dataset that includes the smaller dataset, I get no matches at all? I did try to give the model more time of course. It took up to 72 hours, and the log showed that it was stuck somewhere. So I interrupted it. Are there tricks to solve this issue?
