I cannot find the location of example's data. and also some of the models cannot be solved. help me please

  It sounds like you installed the pip version only with only a limited license. To have access to examples, you have to install the full version, see How do I install Gurobi Optimizer? To solve full sized problems as an academic user, please get a license from our Gurobi Academic License Program website.
