New feature - Java API

 We have been programming using the Gurobi-provided Java API. Since the Java API is not as convenient as the Python API,to adapt to our own programming habits and business needs, we would like to make some modifications to the existing API. (eg:Ported the quicksum function from the Python.)Therefore, we are hoping that the source code of the API could be made available. Would you consider the possibility of providing it in the future?

(only include interface and class not JNI)
