Objective gap declines so slowly when I use Gurobi to solve my non-convex MIQCP problem

I'm using gurobi on a HPC node with 64 threads and 500G memory to solve my non-convex MIQCP problem. But I found out that the objective gap can not converge to my desired level 0.1% after two days. I have already tried to choose different values for those relative parameters including "MIPFocus = 1", "a higher value for the Heuristics", "a higher value for the ConcurrentMIP", and so on. But the performance didn't get any obvious improved. Please give me some instructions about how to speed up the convergence and why those mentioned parameters don't have a great impact on the solution process. One unfinished solution log is given as follows to help you get more information about my optimization probelm structure.

You might want to try Gurobi's no-relaxation heuristic and see if that helps to find feasible solutions quickly. Please set the NoRelHeurTime parameter to activate this heuristic
Additionally, please make sure to provide tight finite bounds for all continuous variables involved in nonlinear terms. This is important for solving quadratic programs efficiently, especially for non-convex models.

I have followed your instructions to activate the NoRelHeurTime and provide tight finite bounds for all nonlinear terms related to continuous variables. However, the gap declines slowly and can not converge to my desired 0.1% level. Based on the last several solving processes with Gurobi and my current situation, I have some questions as follows,
1. I give two different values to the NoRelHeurTime parameter. The one is 600, and the other one is 3600. I discovered that more time on the no-relaxation heuristic doesn't mean the Gurobi could find a better solution sooner. So, how do I choose a proper value for the NoRelHeurTime for my latter solution?
2. I have provided tight finite bounds for all continuous variables involved in nonlinear terms. But it looks like those tight bounds don't contribute to improving the problem-solving process.
3. How should I improve the speed of the solving process at the Branch-and-cut stage?
An unfinished solving log is attached as follows, where a bigger no-relaxation heuristic time of 3600s is chosen, and the tight bounds not for the 600s NoRelHeurTime but for 3600s NoRelHeurTime are just provided. Please check it.

NoRel heuristics appears to be doing reasonably well in finding feasible solutions for your model. In approximately 2400 seconds, using NoRel, you achieve a solution with an objective value of 47,271 compared to the default settings, which produce a solution of 42,408.
It is difficult to tell upfront which value of NoRelHeurTime parameter will work best for your model. I suggest experimenting with a few values and analysing the results. Other than this,
- Consider providing a starting solution. It will also help to skip Phase-1 of the NoRel heuristic.
- Try experimenting with parameters specifically for presolve and non-linear models, such as PreQLinearize, MIQCPMethod, and NLPHeur.
