MIP does not find any incubment solutions

Hi,

I'm working on solving a mixed-integer programming problem, but my model is struggling to find an incumbent solution. At this point, even obtaining a feasible solution would be helpful. Below is the log file from my recent run. I initially let the model run for two hours without success in finding an incumbent solution, so I set a time limit to help illustrate the issue.

  Hi,

  Please try using the latest Gurobi version 11.0.3. Compared to the version you are using (9.1.2), there have been many more advanced features and more powerful techniques for QCP and MIQCP models.
