Apparently feasible start solution ignored.

Hi,

I am providing an initial feasible start solution to gurobi, but it prints:

> User MIP start did not produce a new incumbent solution

It then proceeds to finding what looks like that solution using an heuristic:

> Found heuristic solution: objective -0.0000000

Oddly, if I don't provide the starting solution, then gurobi does not print neither of the above. In fact it struggles a bit to find a solution afterwards.

So it looks like gurobi is not entirely ignoring my start solution. Should I just ignore the first message, and assume the starting solution is being used?

The starting solution is actually something that gurobi is able to find on its own (it consists in essentially setting all non-functionally dependent binary variables to zero).
