numeric issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

 

I encountered a severe numerical issue in one case. The code and data are all in the folder below. Could you please shed me some light on the underlying cause of this problem? Right now, I don't know how to address this. Any advice is appreciated.

  Can you take a look at the following article and try to generate a MPS file?

  How do I write an MPS model file from a third-party API? 

  There aren't many of us familiar with GAMS.
