How do I model if else conditional statements in Gurobi?

Hi Gurobi Team,

I want to linearize the following if-else statement:

If a=4, then b=1; else b=0, where b is a binary variable and a is an integer variable. I would like to write this directly into the LP document using Python statements. I want to use the Big M method for solving this, but I tried and it didn't work. I would like to ask how to solve this issue.
