Linking error in Embarcadero RAD Studio

Hello,
I am using Embarcadero RAD Studio.
When I try to create a console application (64 bit) using the files in the "examples" folder, I get link errors 'unresolved external..."
For comparison, the program code with direct access to gurobi120.dll through the LoadLibrary() function (and independent definition of all functions) works.
How to properly configure Project Options (or directives in headers) in Embarcadero RAD Studio?
