Getting academic licenses while university campuses are closed?

I have about 20 students in my undergraduate operations research course. Our campus has shut down for the rest of the semester. Is there another way for them to get free academic licenses, besides having a university IP address? (My hope is that students will be able to connect to campus with VPN, but wanted to see if there was another way.)
