Gurobi 13.0 encounters numerical trouble and instability when running SOCP.

The SOCP model runs fine in Gurobi 11.0, but encounters numerical trouble in 12.0 and 13.0. Furthermore, in 13.0, the results vary each time; it can run for a long time with good luck, but quickly encounters errors, indicating instability. 

Is this due to changes in 13.0? Is there any way to ensure the SOCP problem runs stably in 13.0? 

For example, as shown in the figure, two runs in 13.0 yielded inconsistent results.
