WLS license appears in token history but is missing from Licenses
AnsweredHello Gurobi Support,
I am experiencing an inconsistency in the Web License Manager.
My WLS license is not displayed on the Licenses page. When I filter the page specifically by license ID, the page returns “No licenses.”
However, the Tokens page contains 130 historical token records associated with this same license ID. The records show successful token issuance for my machines/containers, with token durations of five minutes. This confirms that the WLS service previously recognized and issued tokens for this license.
I understand that individual WLS tokens expire after a short period. However, I would expect the parent license record, including an expired license, to remain visible and manageable in the Web License Manager. At present, the token history remains visible, but the corresponding license object cannot be found.
In addition, when I click “Request a WLS Academic License,” a new User Portal tab opens but does not show any available license type to select.
Could you please investigate whether license ID 2450169 has been archived, revoked, deleted, or detached from my account/organization? If possible, please restore or re-associate the license record so that I can view and renew/manage it.
I can provide screenshots of the Tokens page, the Licenses page showing “No licenses,” and relevant token IDs if needed.
Best regards,
