Hi Riley,>Note that Gurobi only supports globally valid cuts (and lazy constraints). I believe this is also true for CPLEX.CPLEX offers the following https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/icos/22.2.0?topic=...

Hi Jaromil:Do you have any indication that an incumbent is found through branching and is not provided in the MIPSOL callback? My usual understanding of a lazy constraint is also that it should be c...

Thread number of a callback in a multithreaded parallel MIP run and other queries on thread safety
Awaiting user inputHello,I have a separation routine that takes the current fractional xbar and runs a user/lazy cut separation. Suppose this is called from, say, thread 0 and also parallelly from thread 1, I would l...

Hi Vassilios,I am encountering a situation where with default values the MIP starts on 4 threads on my machine. Then, the same candidate integer XBar solution is encountered within the Lazy cut cal...

Query on GRBcblazy() -- what happens if added lazy cut is wrong and does not cutoff current candidate MIP solution
OngoingHello,From https://docs.gurobi.com/projects/optimizer/en/current/reference/c/callback.html#c.GRBcblazyYou would typically add a lazy constraint by querying the current node solution (by calling GRB...

Setting lower and upper bounds on multiple variables in a single API call
AnsweredFrom https://docs.gurobi.com/projects/optimizer/en/current/concepts/attributes/examples.html I am able to gather the following as the way to set bounds on ALL variables in a model.double lb[NUMVARS...

The min ratio test may give a movement length of 0. So, the non basic variable with negative reduced cost will enter the basis at value 0. So, it is a degenerate pivot.
