I want to change Named-User Academic to WSL licence ?

Hello Gurobi Support,

I am currently using a Named-User Academic License (ID: 2591876) for academic purposes. However, I am often off-campus and unable to connect to my university’s network or VPN, which prevents me from activating the license using grbgetkey due to IP restrictions (ERROR 303).

I would like to request that my existing license be converted to a Web License Service (WLS) academic license instead. This would allow me to continue using Gurobi remotely while maintaining academic compliance.

Please let me know if any additional information is needed to complete this request.
