Feature Request: Access to Fixed Integer Variables in Gurobi Nodes

Dear Gurobi Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am conducting academic research focused on developing an exact heuristic that integrates with the Gurobi solver. As part of this work, I require access to the fixed integer variables up to a given node (i.e., from parent nodes) during the branch-and-bound process.

While I am aware that some open-source solvers such as SCIP and COIN provide this capability, I am committed to using Gurobi due to its performance and robust features. Therefore, I would like to kindly suggest considering the addition of a method that allows users to retrieve fixed integer variable information at a node level in future releases of Gurobi.

Such functionality would greatly enhance the solver’s flexibility for academic and custom algorithm development.
