Update: if i change the parameters, the minimum GAP reached by gurobi changes a bit, but the problem remains.

Hi Elizabeth, thanks for the answer. I tried to apply your suggestion to my problem, but it still doesn't work. I tried No relaxation heuristic, but from the documentation maybe i didn't understand...
