writing capacity constraint equation in gurobipy

I am modeling a pickup-dropoff problem and stuck writing the following constraints. 

$$\max \lbrace 0, q_i \rbrace \le Q^k_i \le \min \lbrace Q,Q+q_i \rbrace \quad \forall i\in N,k\in K$$

I would really appreciate any input.
