how to reduce the factor NZ efficiently?

Dear all,

I’ve encountered an issue while using barrier method in Gurobi to solve my LP problem: the factor NZ is very large, even larger than my server's memory capacity. Do you have any suggestions on how to reduce it? Could adjusting the order of constraints be effective, or is the solver’s reordering process already optimizing this? Any advice would be much appreciated.

  You can check the "Performance Tuning for Gurobi's Barrier Algorithm" presentation to learn about different strategies to improve barrier performance. 

  Parameters such as PreDual, BarOrder, and the one explained on slide 38 of the presentation above are worth experimenting with.
