Codex Permissions

I am using the Codex plugin with VS code. I would like Codex to be able to run Gurobi while being sandboxed. At the moment I am unable to do this: the local license requires the username to match, whereas the sandbox username is different, and the WLS license requires access to schannel which violates sandboxing. Did anyone find a way around this? Alternatively, what would be the minimal expansion of the sandbox that will allow Codex to operate?
