Multiple client connections to the token server from the same client system
AnsweredWe currently run Gurobi 951 on a dedicated Windows Server 2019 Virtual Machine. This is our token server. Our floating license is for 3 concurrent connections.
When the client system has an error that affects the Gurobi process, shouldn't the Gurobi client / server connection be closed? Or does the Gurobi client / server connection remain active when Python ends up with an error? After resetting the Python kernel, the concurrent connection counter on the Gurobi token shows that 3 concurrent connections can be made again.
I would like to know how to prevent multiple client connections from the same system.
This is quite new territory for me. I hope I am making sense.
Thanks in advance.
