    Did you check the page for more details? It also links to How do I get support as an Academic user? – Gurobi Help Center which includes this:

    If you still continue to have a license or installation issue, please

    1. Visit our Gurobi Help Center.
    2. Click on the “Get Help" link in the top right corner of the webpage.
    3. If you are not already logged in, you will be directed to log in to your Gurobi Portal account. If you are unable to log into the Gurobi Help Center please send an email to help@gurobi.com for assistance.
    4. Submit your question to Gurobot, a chatbot interface that delivers instant, expert-level assistance to users.
    5. If Gurobot wasn't able to resolve your license or installation issue, you can submit a support request via the ticket icon at the bottom right of the chat response.
