Dear Weng,
based on the title of the question and the pasted log I take that you would like to improve the solution time for your model. The first thing I would look at is the MIPFocus parameter - perhaps setting it to 3 would speed things up a little bit.

Dear Jonasz,Thanks for your answer, but unfortunately. I've experimented with this parameter, and it doesn't seem to speed up the rate at which the nether is raised. The main problem at the moment is that the lower bound is very slow.

We then need more information. There could be many sources of the difficulties you see.
What is the mathematical model you are trying to optimize? Which parameters did you already specify?
