9.x wheels for Python 3.11

Currently, PyPA only has Python 3.10 wheels for GurobiPy 9.x.  Our package has some user-submitted code that depends upon  functions deprecated or removed by gurobipy 10.x, which means we can't support python 3.11 unless we update this code or gurobipy 9.x supports python 3.11.  Any chance that someone at Gurobi can build wheels on the 9.5.2 release for Python 3.11?

  Maybe a better approach would be to adjust your code then?  Can you point me at the relevant API calls in your repo?  Maybe I can come up with some suggestion for the migration.
