Invalid argument to QuadExpr multiplication

The error is in the last line. It seems that something is wrong with the 'expr', but I have no idea what it is. Could someone please help me?

  The problem is that you want to add a multilinear term.
  Please have a look How do I model multilinear terms in Gurobi?
