According to the MIP logging I've attached, Gurobi explored 515 nodes when solving the problem. The last node is 514, and the best bound at this node is 1616.99. However, Gurobi stopped at this node and reported that the optimal solution was found with the value of 1470.55. How is this possible?

How is this possible?
I don't see anything impossible here (the result could be valid), but I think there's a chance the solver terminated incorrectly and the final solution is not actually an optimal one. If this was the case it is almost certainly due to numerical issues.
You should heed the warning in the log:
