Halo, It's the first time I encounter this problem. I saw in other topic that is not scarce, but in fact i don't understand where to reshape the data in my code.

  File ~\anaconda3\envs\python_38_env\lib\site-packages\numpy\lib\npyio.py:1517 in savetxt
    raise ValueError(
