Simplex Method Callbacks

Hello,

I have a custom simplex method which of course is way slower than Gurobi's performance.  How do I go about incorporating Gurobi's callbacks for simplex operations within my code?  I'm looking to take advantage of the entering variables routine and pivot routine to speed up my operations.  Thank you in advance

  Also, is it possible to build a problem in gurobi and then retrieve it's A, b, c matrices and vectors?
