MIP Start and callback

Dear,

I am using "MIP start" to give an initial solution to Gurobi; at same time I also use callback function to generate cuts. 

After setting "MIP start" and Gurobi starting , the callback function will be called. Some lazy cuts are added based on the initial solution, which respects the added cuts. 

But the Gurobi still shows " MIP start did not produce a new incumbent solution"

So, the reason is right in above link? 

Alternative option: I should set "Cutoff" parameter?
