Why is it not feasible to add feasible equality constraints？

I hope to get dual values of some constraints in a MIP problem , according to the method in the paper, I fixed the problem with equality constraints after solving the integer variables (note that I can't turn these variables into constant, because the dual value is affected by these variables).But I found that the modified problem was not feasible, even though I knew it had a solution, what was the reason and how should I do it?thanks!
