Gurobi Academic license about to expire

Hello,

I have been working with Gurobi for my thesis since last year and today I got a message that it will expire in 8 days. I'm not sure if there is a way I could renew the license or not. I'm a graduate student so I suppose I am still eligible for the academic license. I appreciate any kind of information regarding this issue. 

If I should request a new license, should I uninstall and install it again or will it extend automatically? I'm using it in MATLAB.

  This is no problem, you can simply request a new license from our website. No need to uninstall Gurobi. Please also see here:

  Hi there again, 

  I requested another license, but it is no longer valid for 12 months, it is only valid for 2 months. Do I need to something else to get a full-year academic license?

  Same question here - happened twice to three other students. Is there some way to receive the full year free academic license as promised on the website?
