My university is not regconized as a academic domain

Hi, I'm currently a student at HCMUT University, which is in Viet Nam.
You can access HCMUT university website through this link: https://hcmut.edu.vn/
I tried multiple times to get access to the academic license while keeping connected with my university network. But the site keeps saying “IP 14.241.225.251 host static.vnpt.vn is not recognized as belonging to an academic domain”.
How can i fix it and get the academic license?

I am currently a Master's student at École des Mines Paris - PSL University and Albert School Paris. I am encountering a recurring problem: "IP 78.153.248.156 host "undefined" is not recognised as belonging to an academic domain". How can I resolve this issue?

I am with the University of Technology Nuremberg (UTN).
Unfortunately, we cannot apply for an academic license because our university does not yet appear in the list of German universities.Is there any way to resolve this issue?
