Gurobi/MATLAB seems not responding

Hi,
I have been facing an issue for a week in solving my ILP model with Gurobi solver. The problem arises when after all constraints within a model is added correctly and the program is ready to solve the model. Then MATLAB (R2019a) stops working but nothing appears to be wrong along process. I had made few different models for my problem, but they are all suffering from same problem. I have no idea whether the problem is caused by models or the implementation of them or some internal software bugs.
I have once thought it might need rather long time to solve and the problem space might be big. So I ran my program, I took over a night but eventually, no progress happened. It is kind of "freezed".
It then not reacting to CTRL+C. If I click 'x' button, It says wait for 20 seconds, but in result MATLAB does nothing. The I have to terminate the program from Task Manager.

Is there anything similar has happened with solver so far and experiencing same issue? And,
What is the cause(s)?
If my problem needs to be provided with more information like the code or the model itself, please ask.

PS: Same issue happens in a different computer. In all situations, there is always only 2 lines of output similar to those lines highlighted in the screenshot, so I feel it happened again and I guess correctly!

This sounds strange. I will open a ticket for you in our online support portal so we can investigate further.
