Gurobi academic license error
Answeredafter typing the Gurobi license for academic use in terminal I got the following error:
error : ERROR 303: hostname xxx-xx-xxx-xxx.lightspeed.hstntx.sbcglobal.net (xxx-xx-xxx-xxx) not recognized as belonging to an academic domain
Should my computer be connected to university network for grbgetkey to work?

Yes, you will need to be connected to your university network or VPN for grbgetkey to retrieve your academic license. Some further details can be found here: https://www.gurobi.com/documentation/9.1/quickstart_mac/academic_validation.html
If you are still unable to retrieve the license, please submit a request through our Gurobi Support Portal. To do this, simply follow these instructions:
1. Login to https://support.gurobi.com.
2. Click on the "Submit a request" link in the top right corner of the webpage.
3. Complete the form.If you are unable to access the Gurobi Support Portal or submit your request in the system, please send an email to help@gurobi.com and we will reply to you right away.
