confusion about adding constraint

I tried to add constraints as shown in the figure aren't the lines 88 and 91 same for the constraint defined above?

  Hi Dilip,

  In line 88 you iterate over "Depot", in line 91 it is "depot" (lowercase). Could that be the mistake?
