Creating Random Sets of Demands

Hi,

I have several demands which need to be randomly assigned to sets with 1,2 or 3 elements, lets say those sets upperdemands. And I need the set of upperdemands. but I couldn't figure out how to create sets randomly. Could you please tell how can I do that? Or is that possible with Gurobi?

  I'm not sure I understand your challenge. If you like, you can detail it our and we'll try to help you. You should also check our Python's build-in random package. It provides numerous methods to generate pseudo-random objects.
