Support for binary model file format

Hello Gurobi,

I'm wondering if there are any plans to support a binary file format for reading and writing models rather than the text LP or MPS format? Some significant advantages of this would be:

1. Smaller files for larger model as numbers can be stored in their byte representation rather than text.
2. As such, potential for faster read and write times especially when interfacing with other software (e.g. Pyomo)
3. No risk of loosing numerical accuracy due to the conversion of numeric data to text data.

You'll notice CPLEX has this functionality.
