Model start value setting and computeIIS

I have some problem when I try to set the start value of the Variables. I get the start value by adding more constraint to the previous problem. And I want to use the results as the initial solution of the previous problem. But it seems that the initial solution is infeasible because the logging showing no change and still cannot find a solution form a long time.
Therefore I try to add the initial solution as constraints to check it. I do get 'Model is infeasible or unbounded'. But when I use the 'ComputeIIS(), it shows 'GurobiError: Cannot compute IIS on a feasible model'. Besides I use 'DualReductions' and show the model is infeasible.
