Can I solve an SDP as a QP equivalently using Gurobi?

Since Gurobi does not support SDP for now, can I solve an SDP as an QP? If so, are the two problems equivalent?

  I am not aware of a general way to formulate an SDP as a QCQP. There may be some special cases where this is more or less easily possible. You could try the SCIP SDP plugin to directly solve your SDPs.
