I want to implement a Stochastic optimization model for a mixed integer linear problem. I am in a dilemma whether it is feasible to implement it in Matlab or should I make the effort and transfer it in python?

  Hi Apostolos,

  I suspect most answers would be subjective.  My own opinion is that Matlab does not come close to the flexibility and expressiveness of Python.  Very few of our customers use Matlab, and Python is our most popular API (and therefore attracts development of extra features and add ons).
