Is there a parameter for the upper cutoff of the tree search of MIP ?

Hi,

Is there a parameter to set the upper cutoff for tree search, like the Cutup parameter in CPLEX ?
Are BestBdStop or CutOff do this cutoff ?

I can't use the variable attributes Start because I just have the objective function value of the feasible solution.
