Problems with MIP root Relaxation

How can I get the Root Relaxation after and before the cuts?

There is same parameter? I try with callback function like in the example in C, with no results.:

if (where == GRB_CB_MIPNODE )

  error = GRBcbget(cbdata, where, GRB_CB_MIPNODE_NODCNT, &nodect);

  if( nodect == 1) //after cuts

            error = GRBcbget(cbdata, where, GRB_CB_MIPSOL_OBJBND, &lp);

  if( nodect == 0)  //before cuts

            error = GRBcbget(cbdata, where, GRB_CB_MIPSOL_OBJBND, &lp);
