Setting params in the Callback

Up until version 9.0, I was able to set params in the callback.

model.set(GRB.DoubleParam.Cutoff, value)

I am no longer able to do this?

  Changing parameters from within a callback has never been supported and could lead to undefined behavior with previous versions. To avoid this, Gurobi now returns an error.

  Instead of setting a new Cutoff in a callback, you should terminate the optimization from your callback, change the parameter and resume.
